We are delighted to invite you to Meissner Bolte’s IP Days Seminar in Munich, which will begin at lunchtime on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 and will run through to our Oktoberfest farewell "hurrah" on September 26, 2024. The IP Days will be held in person. Furthermore, we shall also provide virtual access to our seminar for all those who will not be able to attend in Munich, but wish to keep up to date on developments in the world of IP. As always, the last 12 months have been significant and full of new developments. Our seminar will provide you with the latest news covering Trade Marks, Designs and, of course, Patents. Some new case law within the EU is proving interesting in the world of 3D printing and designs, and the post-Brexit Trade Mark landscape is providing continued challenges for fully European protection. We shall be discussing both in detail, with our usual practice oriented focus. If you are not already "exhausted" with the developments in the patent world, we shall be providing you with an International view of this important topic! With a truly International array of speakers we shall ensure that you leave Munich fully refreshed about this "exhausting" issue! We do hope that you will be able to join us and we already look forward to welcoming you with a "Servus" in the capital city of Bavaria. For participants of the IP Days, we have once again reserved, on September 26, 2024, a sufficient number of seats in one of the Oktoberfest’s most renowned beer tents: THE HAXNBRATEREI.
We recommend that you book early, as registrations will be accepted in strict chronological order.
